Egypta Tours Contract

To secure your booking

To secure your booking, you must inform Egypta tours about your request and upon you do that a one of our highly qualified tour operators will contact you to discuss the arrangements and send you a final itinerary for your final confirmation and after you confirm all the details of the itinerary you will pay the deposit as discussed in your details by credit or debit card (Mastercard or visa) both are okay.

Amendments By you

Anything you want to change in the original booking will be available and if the full payment received there is no administrative charges will be applied unless there are no changes for flight tickets or changing in hotels, just in this case there is an extra charge will be applied.

Payment Policy

We offer 10% of your total package price as Deposit to make your booking secure and to start implementing the process of your tour like your accommodation, domestic flight tickets and other travel services we provide and the remaining balance you can pay it cash to your tour manager upon your arrival or up two days from your arrival date other than that we will not be able to complete your request.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests should be received in writing document by fax or email to EgyptaTours with written cancellation to your booking.


In case of your trip cancellation, the following ratios of charges will be applied.


  • If cancellation happened before 60 days of your arrival date ,5% of your total package price will be charged.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 7 and 4 days before your arrival date, 75% of the Total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 3 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the Total tour price will be charged.

Also, the cancellation fees on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are related to the cancellation policy and terms of airline which changes depending on the date and the case.


A refund will be done to the same card holder and the same method of paying the original Payment.


Refunds will be done only through the original payment Mode.


Usually, it is based on two persons sharing a room, it is available to book a single room with an extra supplementary rate, we mention you our hotels 7 Nile cruises list once you contact for a request, after your confirmation and choosing from our hotel we check the availability and get you a hotel from the same category and don’t worry if there is no availability, we will inform you to wait to handle it   and we will do it for you.

Usually, the hotels in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and Alexandria are based on bed and breakfast meal and regarding to your lunch meal is always indicated from your tour inclusions. regarding to Nile cruises in Egypt is full board so you will be able to have three meals a day. The hotels in Hurghada, Sharm el-Sheikh and Marsa alam are based on full board plus soft drinks and snacks.

What you will have in each room of Egypt’s 5* hotel or Nile cruise is a TV Screen, telephone, private bathroom, air conditioner and hair dryer and another amazing thing which make your accommodation easy, comfortable and unforgettable. EgyptaTours accommodation team do their best to choose the best accommodation option for our clients.


The time programming of domestic flights is approximately quoted as below:

  • Cairo – Luxor at 05:30 am arriving at 06:30
  • Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 at 23:30 & vice versa.


In case of any amendments on your flight ticket timing there is will be an extra supplement.


EgyptaTours acts only as a travel agency and we interface just  in the conditions related to travel services  assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Children Policy

There are two polices, the first one is for Package, hotels and Nile cruises

Under 2 Years old is free of charge.

From 2 years old to 5 years old 25% of total tour cost per adult.

From 6 years old to 11 years old 50% of total tour cost per adult.

All children 12 years old or elder is considered adult.


The Second Policy for sightseeing tours and shore Excursions

Under 6 Years old is free of charge.

From 6 years old to 11 years old 50% of total tour cost per adult.

All children 12 years old or elder is considered adult.

Tipping Kitty

Tipping Is a customary attitude for expressing satisfaction of good services Provided to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great – if not, you are not obliged to do it.

Acceptance of the agreement

This Contract is established by the Company acceptance of the Client’s booking according to these terms and conditions which means that the low – down Payment or full payment through credit card or bank transfer represents a full agreement to all of these terms by the client.
