When it comes to pricing information, EgyptaTours want to ensure that our customers understand that the prices mentioned on our website are just a starting point. We believe in open communication and negotiation, so all of our prices are flexible and can be adjusted based on your specific needs and preferences.
It’s important to note that the prices quoted in our tour packages and day tours are per person, but here’s some exciting news for families with young children: infants under 2 years old can join any tour listed on our website completely free of charge (excluding tours that include flight tickets). Rest assured, we constantly update our tour prices to guarantee that you get the best possible rate for your desired experience.
We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before embarking on your journey with us. This is because regular insurance policies usually do not cover certain aspects while travelling abroad such as loss or damage to luggage or medical emergencies. Your travel insurance will provide coverage for these unexpected events, ensuring peace of mind throughout your trip. Additionally, it includes protection against any sudden changes or interruptions during your travels like trip cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.

From ensuring you are well taken care of to addressing any concerns or issues promptly, our dedicated team has got you covered. However, it is important to note that while we strive to provide a seamless experience, certain situations beyond our control such as illness, damage, injury or delays may occur. Additionally, factors like weather conditions, acts of God, wars or civil disturbances cannot be anticipated nor managed by us.
We also do not assume liability for thefts or riots that could potentially impact your tour experience.
In the event of mechanical breakdowns in transportation services or last-minute cancellations from hotels and restaurants—which lie outside our purview—we will not hold you responsible for any extra charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy
When You Want to give you a heads up about our cancellation policy. We totally understand that sometimes plans change and you might need to cancel your booking or make adjustments to it. If that’s the case, all we ask is that you send us a formal request by mail explaining what exactly you’d like to do.
Now, here’s the thing – if one or more members of your party decide to cancel their booking after it has been confirmed, the price will be increased for the remaining travellers. This is because our original quote was based on the number of travellers in your group, allowing us to provide you with the best possible prices.
On the flip side, if some participants drop out and your group size decreases, unfortunately, this means an increase in price as well.
If we’ve already started working on your booking procedures and made payments for a group reservation on your behalf, there will be charges involved. These charges can either be deducted from any deposit we received from your side or they may need to be paid separately by those who cancelled. Alternatively, these charges could also be settled along with the rest of the total cost when all travellers arrive.
