EgyptaTours is a Travel Agency that provides services to all of Egypt. We are licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism. Our tours are carefully planned and we have a wide range of activities available to suit your needs. This Schedule will  Show You Our :

Age : Payment Policy

0 : 01,99 : Free of any charges for the whole tour

2: 5,99 : Pay only 25% of the tour Price “For the Tours that Don’t Require Domestic Flight Tickets”

6 : 11,99 : Pay only 50% of the tour price.

12+ : Pay the total amount of the tour per adult person.

Cancellation All the Year Schedule

Date : Charged

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date : 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date : 25% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date : 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date : 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date : 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

When it comes to hopping on a domestic flight within Egypt, there’s something you need to know about – cancellation fees. Yep, they exist and can be quite pesky. Well, if that happens and you decide to cancel your tour at any given time, brace yourself for the dreaded cancellation fees as per the airline’s policy.

It might sting a little bit financially, but hey, rules are rules! So make sure you read up on that fine print before booking your flights because nobody wants unexpected surprises when it comes to their hard-earned cash

Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, and Easter time – EgyptaTours

In case you cancel your Tour, the following scale of charges will be applied:

Date : Charged

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date : 25% of the entire tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date : 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date : 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date : 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Complaints

Acceptance of the Agreement

Doing the down payment through a bank transfer, western Union, or through any of the mentioned methods means that you have read & accepted all of our terms and conditions regarding our payment, refunding, and cancellation policy and you totally accept to abide by them as the contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the clients booking subject shall constitute the entire agreement between the client and the company

Accommodation

In normal cases, when it comes to accommodation, we have the flexibility to accommodate either two persons in a double room with twin beds or offer a single occupant the option of having their own room for an additional supplementary rate.

Our top priority is ensuring that our guests experience utmost comfort during their stay, which is why we carefully select the best hotels for you to choose from. Once you’ve chosen your preferred hotel, we promptly check its availability and provide you with the best possible rate.
