Day-01 Day Tour to Pyramids From Port Ghalib
Early in the morning, our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Port Ghalib and transfer you to Marsa Alam Airport for your flight to Cairo. Once you arrive, you will meet your private tour guide who will accompany you as you begin exploring some of Cairo’s most famous attractions, including:
Giza Pyramids Complex
The Giza Pyramids Complex is one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world and a true symbol of ancient Egyptian greatness. These incredible monuments were built during the Old Kingdom period, mainly by the rulers of the 4th Dynasty between 2700 BC and 2200 BC.
The Great Pyramid
The Great Pyramid of King Khufu is one of the most impressive monuments ever built in ancient Egypt. Constructed around 2570 BC during the reign of King Khufu (2609 BC – 2584 BC), it is the only remaining wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The pyramid originally stood at a height of about 146 meters (481 feet) and continues to amaze visitors with its incredible design and engineering. Inside the pyramid, visitors can explore remarkable areas such as the King’s Chamber, the Queen’s Chamber and the Grand Gallery which show the skill and creativity of the ancient Egyptian builders.
The Great Sphinx
The Great Sphinx is one of the most famous monuments in ancient Egypt and an important symbol of Egyptian history. It was built during the reign of King Khafre (2558–2532 BC) and is believed to carry his face. The statue has the body of a lion and the head of a king, showing strength and wisdom. The Sphinx measures about 73 meters (240 feet) in length, 20 meters (66 feet) in height and 19 meters (62 feet) in width. It has stood proudly for thousands of years and continues to amaze visitors from around the world with its massive size and unique design.
The Valley Temple
The Valley Temple is an important ancient Egyptian monument and a remarkable piece of archaeology from the 4th Dynasty. It was mainly used for royal rituals and burial ceremonies connected to the pyramids. One of the most significant traditions performed here was the Opening of the Mouth ceremony which was believed to restore life and senses to the deceased in the afterlife.
The Grand Egyptian Museum
The Grand Egyptian Museum is a modern and impressive landmark built near the Giza Pyramids. It covers a very large area and showcases thousands of years of Egypt’s history in one place. The museum helps visitors understand the art, culture and legacy of ancient Egypt in a clear and engaging way. It combines modern design with historical storytelling, creating a bridge between the past and the present. The museum also includes advanced conservation centers, research labs and learning spaces that help protect and study Egypt’s ancient treasures. Inside, visitors can see amazing displays such as the Hanging Obelisk, the huge statue of Ramses II and the complete collection of King Tutankhamun’s treasures, with more than 5,000 artifacts.
Saqqara Step Pyramid
The Step Pyramid of Djoser was designed by the architect Imhotep as the first royal tomb for Pharaoh Djoser. It was built around 2670–2650 BC and is considered one of the earliest large stone structures in history. The pyramid has six levels and rises to about 63 meters in height, showing an early example of innovative ancient architecture. At the end of the trip, you will be transferred back to Cairo Airport, then take a flight to Hurghada. Upon arrival, you will be driven in an air conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Port Ghalib.

We don’t charge a cancellation fee for tours canceled for “force majeure” reasons, such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or other reasons. If the cancellation is due to personal or business reasons and we have already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.

Optional Entry Tickets

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as visiting inside the pyramids, the Museum where the Solar Boat is located in the pyramid area, or to enter the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
If you wish to visit one or all of these areas, please contact us by email as soon as possible, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
