    Day-1-visiting-Luxor-East-Bank-Luxury-Sonesta-Moon-Goddess-Nile-Cruise Upon arrival at Luxor airport or station, our representative will take you to your Sonesta Moon Goddess Nile cruise via a private air-conditioned van. Boarding before 12:00 noon. In the afternoon, you will discover the eastern bank of Luxor including the Karnak Temple Complex, the largest structures ever built in human history. The main building is the building of the god Amun-Ra, as it was considered the house of the god on earth. The oldest structure dates back to the Middle Kingdom, but there are some references that indicate previous buildings dating back to the Third Dynasty. Later, you will move on to visit Luxor Temple, built by one of the kings of the Twelfth Dynasty, and completed by the famous King Ramesses II. This temple is located in the heart of ancient Thebes and, like Karnak, was dedicated to the chief/primary god Amun-Ra. This guided tour begins today with a visit to one of Egypt’s most magnificent temples, the Temple of Horus at Edfu, considered one of the most well-preserved temples in Egypt.
