In the evening you will be transferred to begin your 12 Days Exceptional Tour in Egypt by an amazing dinner cruise on the Nile River while enjoying a belly dancing show with a folklore band.

Al-Rifai Mosque is one of the most important and famous historical mosques in Cairo, located in Salahuddin Square, and is surrounded by several other mosques.

Muhammad Ali mosque:

The Mosque of Muhammad Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque or the Marble Mosque, is one of the most famous historical mosques in Cairo. It was built in the Ottoman style and has undergone several restoration processes. The lunch will be at one of the local restaurants in Cairo.

Al-Muizz Street:

Al-Muizz Street, which is considered Great Cairo's main street and the heart of the city, represents an open-air museum of Islamic architecture, with old alleys and streets such as Darb El-Ahmar, Harat Berjuwan, El-Ghouri.

Khan El-Khalili:

Wadi al-Hitan is famous for its complete whale fossils that lived there 40 million years ago when the valley was under the vast Tithys Ocean. There are also many marine fossils on display in the open-air museum, where visitors can view the whales without touching them to preserve them. You can also enjoy Fayoum Water Falls, Gabal El Modawara, and Wales Cemetery. After that you will be transferred to El Minya. Once you reach El Minya, check in a 5* hotel to spend the night.

Tell el-Amarna (Akhetaten) is the new capital built by King Akhenaten, 45 km south of Beni Hassan tombs in Minya Governorate. The remains of the old capital are still there. In the Middle Ages, after the area was ruined, the Amarna tribe settled there for a long time, and after they left, the area was named Tell el-Amarna.

Al Muharraq Monastery:

The monastery is part of the Coptic Orthodox Archdiocese of Alexandria, with around 100 monks from the Canons Regular. The stone fortress on Mount Qsqam was built in the 6th or 7th century. The church has a 12th-century pulpit. The library has two parts: ancient Coptic manuscripts and a modern research library.

Meir village:

Meir village has a necropolis of governors of the 14th Upper Egypt nome, dating back to the Old and Middle Kingdoms. The rock-cut tombs include those of Niankhpepi and Pepiankh from the 6th dynasty, with daily life scenes like hunting, farming, and sports, as well as funerary scenes. The scenes are painted on plaster on the tomb walls. After this visit you will be transferred to abydos to spend the night.

Abydos (Ab-B-Djou) is an ancient city in western Belina, Sohag. It was Egypt's first capital at the end of the Predynastic Period and the first four dynasties. Located between Asyut and Luxor, 11 km from the Nile. It has the temples of Seti I and Ramses II, the center of Osiris worship. Egyptians used to pilgrimage there to mourn Osiris, guardian of eternal life. The oldest boats in history were discovered there.

Dendera Temple:

Dendera Temple history dates back to Predynastic Egypt. It has ancient tombs near the Hathor Temple, and was the capital of the 6th Upper Egypt nome. Hathor was its main deity. The temple was built by Khufu and restored by Pepi I. When discovered, it was half-buried, preserving the drawings. The upper rooms were inhabited, with people cooking and heating, leaving soot on the ceilings, complicating restoration. After that head to Luxor, check in at a hotel and spend your night.
