Day-01 Arrival in Cairo
The first day of the 7 Days Special Egypt Tour begins as soon as you arrive in Cairo, where you will be welcomed by the tour representative to provide all assistance and accompany you everywhere.
Reception at the airport and assistance with procedures
As soon as you arrive at the airport, you will find the representative holding a sign with your name. After welcoming you, he will start to complete all the procedures and collect the luggage, then leave the airport and ride in an air-conditioned car designated for you.
Transfer to the hotel and check-in

From 2 to 5 – You will have a 25% discount on the total value of the tour.
From 6 to 11 – You will have a 50% discount on the total value of the tour.
With more than 12 you will be treated as an adult and must pay the total price of the tour.
If your travel package includes airfare, there may be an extra fee for each child accompanying you.
The child policy applies to children who share rooms with their parents (maximum of 1 child sharing the parents’ room)

Cancellation Policy

We don’t charge a cancellation fee for tours canceled for “force majeure” reasons, such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or other reasons. If the cancellation is due to personal or business reasons and we have already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.

Optional Entry Tickets

All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as visiting inside the pyramids, the Museum where the Solar Boat is located in the pyramid area, or to enter the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
If you wish to visit one or all of these areas, please contact us by email as soon as possible, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
